Salam.I am living in Saudi Arabia for the last 12 years,I never heard about her house all these years. there is a Fatima Mosque which is quite simple one room and small open place.NO decoration and certainly no green lighting. the Saudi's do not promote house of any Sahabay ekram or Ummul Mumineen house to be decorated which as an outsider might look a bit odd to us, but we have to agree that islam dosen't support these kind of SHOW. Another striking thing which made me SURE that there are not Madina Munwara picture is that the ABAYA or the BURKHA they are wearing are NOT Saudi Abaya. Saudi women INVARIABLY covers thier face with VEIL. And Saudi men ALWAYS wears THOUB which is a white long dress and wears HEADSCARF. these dresses looks like Iranian as i have seen them wearing in Mecca all these years. the picture showing Masjid Nawabi at the back is FAKE.I can gurantee that that there is NO place like this around Masjid Nawabi Allah Hafez
